Can Connect 4G be installed inside a metal panel?
Yes. BLE 5.0 and 4G signals can be extended using external antennas where the enclosure limits signal. Contact us for antenna guidance.
Does it require a monthly SIM plan?
The GatEvo SIM is managed through gatevo.net. SIM plan details are available to approved installer accounts — contact GatEvo trade support for current pricing.
Can I use my own SIM card?
GatEvo Connect 4G is designed for the included GatEvo Smart SIM, managed via gatevo.net. Contact trade support for specific connectivity requirements.
What if 4G signal is weak on site?
Check cellular coverage at the installation address before specifying this model. The device needs adequate mobile network coverage.
Same outputs as standard GatEvo Connect?
Yes — six relay outputs, full inputs, I/O Manager, timers, schedules, and scenes.
Compatible with any gate brand?
Yes — dry relay contacts work with any gate panel or motor brand.
